How long will my order take to ship?

Orders ship within 1–5 business days. Default shipping is Ground.

Will my board look exactly like the photos?

Not exactly — and that’s the beauty of working with real wood and marble.

Each board is unique, so the color, grain pattern, and engraving tones may vary. Some pieces may engrave lighter or darker depending on the natural coloring of the wood.

Are the items engraved or printed?

All products are laser engraved for long-lasting durability.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Because every piece is custom made, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
